 “Tabing Ilog” is a youth-oriented Sunday afternoon television drama series as helmed by Malu Sevilla which aired on ABS-CBN for more than four years, from 1999 to the early 2000s. Topbilled by John Lloyd Cruz as Rovic or Ronaldo Victor Mercado, Kaye Abad, Paula Peralejo, Patrick Garcia, Jodi Sta. Maria, Paolo Contis, Desiree del Valle and Baron Geisler .The story circulates on their friendship as they find their paths in finding new friends. What has happened to the original cast?

John Lloyd’s original “Tabing Ilog” girlfriend named Eds or Ponyang, Epifania delos Santos-Mercado in reel life, is back in the small screen as Guji Lorenzana’s girlfriend in “Precious Hearts Romances presents Bud Brothers.” Kaye never left showbiz. She was an on-and-off actress in between being Parokya ni Edgar’s lead vocalist Chito Miranda’s girlfriend and helping in her parents’ school in Cavite. In the “Bud Brothers’” “Pepper’s Roses,” she is the fantasy show writer Pepper who asks her serious childhood friend Rei (Guji) to help her mend their fathers’ differences. They are directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina from the screenplay of Jose Javier Reyes based.

Patrick Garcia as James or Jaime Collantes is now a GMA contract star. Patrick’s romantic relationship with Jennylyn Mercado produced a son named Baby Alex Jazz who he had not seen because of his falling off with ex-girlfriend Jen. Jodi Sta. Maria as George or Georgina Fuentebella is still with ABS-CBN, still signed up with Star Magic. She’s married to Pampi Lacson, Jr., the son of Sen. Panfilo Lacson. They have a son nicknamed Thirdy. Aside from appearing in ABS-CBN drama series, she appears from time to time in “Maalaala Mo Kaya.” Having a happy married life, she’s endorsing brand of milk with Claudine Barretto and Carmina Villaroel with their respective child.

Desiree del Valle as Corrinne Ledesma moved to VIVA and is now doing freelance work. She now appears in “May Bukas Pa” and TV5’s “Midnight DJ.” The buzz is she had broken off with boyfriend of two years Vhong Navarro.

Baron Geisler as Fonzy or Alfonso Ledesma has recently signed up with Maryo delos Reyes as manager. He turned out a competent actor, winning Best Actor awards for “Jay” which he co-produced. But his drinking problem caused him to be thrown out by Big Brother from “Pinoy Big Brother” house and charged alleged sexual offenses by the daughter of William Martinez and co-PBB Housemate Yayo Aguila and GMA artist Yasmien Kurdi.

 Willie Revillame and girlfriend Nadine Ignacio were together in Tuesday night’s finals of the Wowowee Olympics at Araneta Coliseum. She stayed with Willie the whole time.
“Wowowee” publicist Ador Saluta who attended the games describes, “Willie’s like a teener in love for the first time. Kinikilig siya, parang bagets.” He adds, “Ramdam ko they were like a dalaga and binata in love in a scene from an old film. Dinadaan na lang sa pakanta-kanta sa ilalim ng puno. Hehehe.”
This contradicts Jobert Sucaldito’s buzz that Willie and Nadine have broken in yesterday’s “Showbiz Mismo” over DZMM. His reason for saying this was because Willie frequently expresses in Wowowee that nobody loves him. He probably does not know that it’s Willie’s way of expressing that he’s single and needs somebody to love. Willie, by the way, has not admitted Nadine is his girlfriend.
Wowowee Team faces off with Star Magic All-Stars
Willie shelled out the P1 million cash prize for the recently concluded Wowowee Olympics. He has new project the games with the Wowowee Team and Star Magic All-Stars take place on Saturday at the Big Dome at 3pm. A project with Johnny “Mr M” Manahan, Wowowee Olympics will be for the benefit of marginalized children featured in “Wowowee.”
Willie explained, “This game is for a good cause. Lahat ng maiipon namin na pera ay mapupunta sa Bantay Bata at Bayanijuan. Kapag nagtuloy-tuloy na ito, magtatayo kami ng Wowowee Foundation. Wala kaming makukuha dito even a single cent. Pati mga celebrity guests wala silang bayad. And syempre it’s about time na magsama-sama ang mga artista.”
The Star Magic Team is composed of hunk celebrities namely Diether Ocampo, Gerald Anderson, Zanjoe Marudo, Rayver Cruz, Jason Abalos, Carlo Guevarra, Xian Lim, Angelo Patrimonio and PFF ex-Participantes, Jose Sarasola, RJ Calipus and Ram Sagad, led by Mr. M as their coach.
On the Wowowee Team, the group is spiced by Cesar Montano, John Estrada, Vhong Navarro, Derek Ramsay and Gab Valenciano. “Maganda yung mga ganitong activities for us, we develop bonding, teamwork and camaraderie. And of course, hindi naman dapat kami puro work, we also have time to enjoy through sports,” added Derek.
The Star Magic team members also stressed that Gerald Anderson will be their key player. “Wag kayong mag-alala, mas guwapo tayo sa mga yan,” Willie jokingly shouted to his team as they had their play-off practice. The host also joined them and is considered to be their team’s key player.
The Wowowee staff showed their all out support as they watched and cheered for the stars during the practice. Also present were the Wowowee girls Saicy Aguila and RR Enriquez as well as director Bobot Mortiz. Ex-PBA player, Alvin Patrimonio was also there to watch the practice.

Body Talk with the 2009 Superbods

So what does it take to be a Superbod?
Let’s ask Van Victor Leano, 24, and Theresa Fenger, 21, this year’s Century Tuna Superbods who beat 20 other equally super bodies in a close competition held recently in Boracay.
Van stands 6-foot flat; weighs 165 lbs.; and wears medium/large-size shirt, size-32 briefs and size-11 shoes. A Business Administration (major in Computer Application) from De La Salle College of St. Benilde, Van manages the family-owned Vibang’s Delights restaurant located along Abel Nosce St. corner Aventine Hill in Las Pinas City. He’s a Capricorn (born Jan. 2, 1985).
A music student who writes songs and models (commercial and ramp), Theresa stands 5′8″; weighs 117 lbs.; measures 33-24.5-35; and wears small-medium-size shirts and size-8 shoes. Born and raised in Terrace, Canada (“It’s a small town where I learned strong values”), Theresa (an only child) was a Canadian Idol finalist in 2007. She’s a Virgo (born on Sept. 22, 1987).
What extra preparation did you make for the competition?
Van: Nothing special. For one month before the competition, my diet consisted mostly of chicken breast without the skin, pasta, sweet potato (camote) but no rice. And, of course, a lot of Century Tuna (chunks and water). It wasn’t a deprivation diet. I didn’t take any supplements. For workout, I did crunches for my abs. Also nothing special. I never deprive myself. Once a week, for my “cheat” day, I eat anything. After that, back to my strict diet.
Theresa: I made sure that I limited my diet to Century Tuna and chicken breast without the skin, usually inasal. I cooked it myself. I also ate lots of vegetables and fruits. Not too much rice. I made sure I was active.
What’s usually for breakfast?
Van: That’s it…Century Tuna, pasta, cereals, fruits. Heavy breakfast talaga since it’s the first meal for the day. For lunch, more pasta and, since I help manage our restaurant, anything but in moderation. I avoid oily foods. For dinner, almost the same but very light. Since I take six small meals per day, I don’t take snacks.
Theresa: For breakfast, oatmeal, cereals and yoghurt. For lunch, chicken breast inasal and all-wheat bread. For dinner, mostly vegetables, more chicken breast inasal. For snacks, one apple is enough.
How much water do you take per day?
Van: A lot. Usually warm water kasi kapag malamig nakakataba.
Theresa: Eight to 10 glasses. Because I sing, it’s important for me to drink as much water as I can, so I bring along a big bottle of water.
Vitamins or supplements?
Van: Vitamin C and Centrum.
What’s your regular workout, aside from crunches?
Van: I go to the gym three times a week. For warm-up, I do the treadmill for 30 minutes and do other exercises. I also jog. You know, it’s even harder to maintain your body, so you really have to work hard at it.
Theresa: I do cardio exercises. I lift light weights. I try to work out five times a week. But before the competition, I worked out every day. I do a lot of walking and running. I also play badminton.
What part of your body needs improvement?
Van: My calves. Ang hirap palakihin!
Theresa: I’m happy as I am. As long as I stay active, I’m fine.
What part is most vulnerable?
Van: My tummy.
Theresa: My head.
Favorite part of your body?
Van: My shoulders. Broad kasi, eh.
Theresa: My eyes - and my smile. Your smile is part of your body, isn’t it?
How much sleep do you get per night?
Van: I try to get eight hours.
Theresa: Seven to eight hours. By 10:30 p.m., I’m already asleep.
Are you a pillow person?
Van: Yes. I sleep with a few. I can’t sleep without hugging a pillow.
Theresa: Just one. I don’t like my neck up so high so I sleep on a flat pillow.
Favorite sleep wear?
Van: Boxers and sando.
Theresa: Because it’s so hot in the Philippines, I just wear shorts and a tank top.
Do you snore?
Van: Only when I’m tired. Malakas daw!
Theresa: They said that I do a little bit.
Do you talk in your sleep?
Van: Sometimes daw. Bigla na lang nagsasalita. Hehehehe!
Theresa: I wouldn’t know!
Do you sleepwalk?
Van: I hope not!
Theresa: Not that I know of.
What’s the last thing that you do before you go to sleep?
Van: Pray.
Theresa: Pray. I thank God for the good things that happen to me during the day and ask Him for guidance.
And the first thing that you do when you wake up?
Van: Stretch!
Theresa: Stretch!
How do you cope with stress?
Van: Managing a restaurant is very stressful. To relax, I go nature-tripping. I usually drive to Tagaytay and visit the Pink Sisters; getting there is relaxing in itself. The other day, I did wake-boarding. Or I go to the spa for a full-body treatment twice a month.
Theresa: I get a manicure and a pedicure. Or I get a body scrub or a massage. Watch a movie.
What’s your outlook in life?
Van: I’m a positive thinker.
Theresa: I’m a happy person. I make the most of every day. I learn from both the good and the bad.
Do you manage to have a nightlife?
Van: I do naman, usually after our restaurant closes at 10:30 p.m. I hang out with friends at their homes. Sometimes, we drop by at The Embassy.
Theresa: None. I don’t go out.
And your love life?
Van: Satisfactory. I have a girlfriend. Three years na kami.
Theresa: Wala naman po!
Your sex life?
Van: Okay naman. Active!
Name three women you think have nice bodies.
Van: Anne Curtis. Gretchen Barretto. Marian Rivera.

Angel Locsín (born Angélica Locsín Colmenares on April 23, 1985), is a Filipina television and film actress, commercial model, film producer, fashion designer, and product endorser who was introduced in GMA Network’s youth-oriented program, Click. Locsin rose to prominence after being cast as one of the lead stars in the fantasy-themed television series Mulawin in 2004. Soon after, she starred as the superheroine Darna in the TV adaptation of the popular Mars Ravelo comics hit. Locsin top-billed in several films and is known as the screen love interest of Richard Gutierrez and Dennis Trillo. In mid-2007, Angel left her mother studio, GMA Network and signed an exclusive contract in ABS-CBN despite her booming career in GMA. She told in an interview with Boy Abunda that she is no longer happy in GMA and she is looking forward to have a better career in ABS-CBN.
Locsín was born on April 23, 1985 in Bulacan province, where she also grew up. She is the second child of three. Her parents separated when she was fourteen, and she has since lived with her father.
Locsin’s career in show business began after she was discovered by a talent scout while she cut classes with a friend and was shopping at SM City North EDSA in Quezon City. She auditioned for several commercials. She was supposed to be part of the Batch 9 of ABS-CBN’s Star Circle Batch 9, but she failed to sign a contract with ABS-CBN’S Talent Center because her father, Angelo Colmenares, did not agree. After a year, she became a contract star of GMA.
Locsín first appeared in Click, a teen-oriented program on the GMA Network, as the tomboyish Charley (short for Charlotte), where she was first paired with Brian Revilla, then eventually to Railey Valeroso. She became widely known when she first appeared on the cover of FHM (Philippine edition). The same magazine consistently lists her as one of the “100 Sexiest Women in the World”, as well as sexiest Filipina, ranking No. 2 behind Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie. She has also been known as a sex symbol of the Philippines.
She also appears in commercials endorsing, among others, Robitussin, Centrum, Smart, Axe, Timex Watch (with Piolo Pascual), Magnolia Health Tea, Avon Glazeware Lipstick, Eskinol, Avon, Lotus Ballpen, Converse Shoes, Happee Toothpaste, the new San Mig Coffee commercial called Dream (also with Piolo) and Head & Shoulders. She has other print ads endorsements that made her tie up with Piolo Pascual at the No.3 spot of the top product endorsers in the Philippines.
In 2003, her boyfriend, actor Miko Sotto, fell off from the 9th floor of his condominium in December 2003. Afterwards, her boyfriend’s mother, movie actress and ABC newscaster Ali Sotto, donated his eyes to those in need. Angel eventually portrayed the dramatization of the life of one of these recipients in the TV drama show Magpakailanman.
After appearing in Click, Locsin gained further exposure as she was cast in the television shows Ang Iibigin Ay Ikaw Pa Rin, All Together Now, and Love to Love.
After her role as the half-human, half-avian Alwina in the 2004 Telefantasya Mulawin, where she was paired with Aguiluz (Richard Gutierrez), she auditioned for the title role of the classic Filipina superhero in Darna television series. She won the part handily among numerous actresses who tried out and was chosen to don the iconic red suit and crest. She also voiced the character of Kyoko Iwase in the Philippine Tagalog version of Initial D aired in Animax.
After Darna, Locsin reunited with former love team Dennis Trillo as they top-billed GMA’s fantasy-themed series, Majika. Angel joined the GMA’s biggest action-adventure Philippine drama starring Robin Padilla. This was her last project with GMA-7 before she left and took fashion design course in London.
Locsín also starred in films. Among her big screen credits are Kuya, Mano Po 2, Singles, Sigaw and the 2005 box-office hit Let The Love Begin, where she worked with on-screen partner Richard Gutierrez. Her team-up with Gutierrez is considered by some as one of the best pairings in the country.[citation needed] She also reprised her role as Alwina in the movie adaptation of Mulawin.
Locsín also dated Oyo Boy Sotto (born Vittorio Mari Sotto), son of actor Vic Sotto and actress Dina Bonnevie and cousin of her late boyfriend Miko Sotto.
Locsín also admitted on a Filipino talk show “Ali” that she has been an avid fan of WWF/WWE (World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment) since childhood. Her favorite wrestlers are Triple H and the Filipino-Greek-American Batista, whom she met at the show ‘Eat Bulaga’ backstage.
Locsín is reunited with Richard Gutierrez for the movie The Promise which was co-produced by Regal Entertainment and GMA FILMS Production. The movie has a different portrayal for both, showcasing a more mature role. It has a love scene and a bed scene which the two haven’t done in any other films. She and Richard are considered the most popular young stars of their generation and both are one of the most highest paid stars.[citation needed]
Today, ABS-CBN Kapamilya Network confirmed that Locsin and Piolo Pascual will be launched as their newest loveteam. Both of them already signed a movie contract and said during an interview with The Buzz that they are very much excited to do projects together.
Recently Angel co-hosted Mariel Rodriguez and Valerie Concepcion in the noon time show Wowowee primarily hosted by the controversial Willie “Papi” Revillame. She joined the Wowowee production and gave tribute to the military men who fought the rebels in Basilan. Her appearance in Wowowee last September 1, 2007 gave another hit to the rating of the show. She just also received good reviews of her performance in a recent Maalaala Mo Kaya episode entitled “Pilat” which paired her with hearthrob Sam Milby. It is said that Locsin and Milby also have good chemistry on screen.
Locsin had her fair share of controversy after appearing in a TV ad for Axe (manufactured by Unilever Philippines). Many feminist groups, as well as former Senator Nikki Coseteng, complained about the offensive gestures in the advertisement.[citation needed] In the television commercial, Angel is teasing a man by showing off money and her body, but the man approaches Angel and takes only her money. Because of these complaints, Unilever pulled out the commercial.
On July 20, 2007, Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 81 Presiding Judge Ma. Theresa Yadao dismissed Locsin’s petition for reformation of instrument and/or rescission/breach of contract and damages filed against Rebecca “Becky” Aguila after granting her motion to dismiss, based on settlement of their differences. Locsin sued her manager on December 6 where she asked the court to order the reformation of the terms of the Artist Management Contract which she had signed, to reflect the true intention of the parties.[1]
Locsin’s five-year contract with GMA expired in mid-2007. Her manager, Becky Aguila, and her father, Angel Colmenares, sent a letter, formally informing GMA that her talent would not renew her contract with the Kapuso network.[2] In August 2007, she transferred to ABS-CBN Network, the rival TV station of GMA.[3] She told in an interview with Boy Abunda that she is no longer happy with GMA and she is looking forward to having a better career in ABS-CBN. With her statement, many were disappointed. And even accusing her of being ingrate because of her ungrateful actions. Because GMA has made her a superstar in a short period of time.
GMA’s Senior Vice-President for Entertainment, Wilma Galvante, expressed her disappointment with Angel’s career move. In a phone patch interview with Showbiz Central, Galvante said that they were the last to know about Angel and her manager’s intentions. Galvante said that they had asked Angel Locsin twice if her camp was negotiating with the rival network, and Locsin and her Manager repeatedly denied there was a negotiation going on. The GMA Executive further expressed disappointment that they were only informed of the impending transfer, through a letter from Becky Aguila, a few hours before Aguila and Locsin’s father discussed the transfer on an interview with one of the shows of ABS-CBN.[4]
Moreover, Locsin had an alleged video sex scandal. The video was being sold in a pirated DVD. After a while, they figured out that the woman in the video was a pornstar from Thailand “Natt Chanapa” who looked just like her.
Angel Locsin retains her title as the no. 1 Most Beautiful Pinay. She received 2,155 votes in the Top 30 poll with more than 20,000 respondents.

Pinuna ni Mr. Marbeda sa ipinadala niyang email sa amin na sumisigaw si Marian sa video. Pati raw ang personal assistant (PA) at staff ng Dyesebel ay sinisigawan din ng young actress. May paliwanag din si Marian dito.
Aniya, “Alam n’yo, malakas talaga akong magsalita at hindi na bago sa staff yun. Wala akong sinisigawang PA, dahil that day na nagte-taping kami sa Subic, wala akong PA, nag-resign siya dahil buntis. Bago ang PA ko ngayon, two days pa lang sa akin at medyo may edad na ang kinuha ko para hindi magbuntis.”
Sinegundahan ng direktor ng Dyesebel na si Joyce Bernal ang mga sinabi ni Marian na wala kasamang PA o alalay ang young actress that fateful day, dahil buntis nga ang PA nito.
Itinanong din ng PEP kay Marian ang video ng nakasagutan niyang lalake na paulit-ulit na sinasampal, pero hindi nakita kung sino ang sumampal at kamay lang ng nanampal ang nakita. Pinapalabas na si Marian ang nanampal sa lalake.
“Wala akong sinampal, wala akong sinaktan,” mariing sabi ni Marian. “Ni hindi ko nga siya hinawakan, nagkasagutan lang kami. Inawat na kami ng staff. Dapat hinamon ko na lang siya ng suntukan!”
Feeling ba niya frame-up ang nangyari? Bakit may nag-video ng nangyari at bakit edited?
“Bahala na sila,” sabi niya. “Ang importante sa akin, hindi ako nag-power trip. Okey lang siraan at pintasan nila ako, tanggap ko lahat na kaparte ng trabaho ko ito. Dapat masanay na ako, dahil lahat na lang ng kilos ko… Tinatanong ko lang ang manager ko [Popoy Caritativo], kung bakit ayaw akong tantanan. Ganun din ang sinasabi niya, na bahagi ito ng showbiz at kailangan kong masanay.”
Ang hindi raw ipinakita sa video ay ang nangyari kinabukasan—ang pagbabalik ng lalake sa set at kinausap si Marian.
“The next day, bumalik siya, nagkaayos kami at nagkapaliwanagan kami. Alam ko sa sarili ko na ipinagtanggol ko lang ang sarili ko, dahil binastos ako. Mali ba ang ginawa ko?” tanong ni Marian sa PEP.

Naniniwala rin silang frame-up at plinano ang nangyari at gusto nilang iparating ang suporta nila sa young actress.
L.A. TRIP. On a happier note, excited na si Marian sa Los Angeles trip nila ni Dingdong Dantes. Sa July 19 sila aalis para dumalo sa GMA Pinoy TV event doon. Babawi na lang daw siya sa Los Angeles sa hindi natuloy na hinihingi niyang bakasyon sa Madrid, Spain, para bisitahin sana ang ama at relatives niya roon.
Napansin ng PEP na Pond’s ang gamit ni Marian na pang-alis sa prosthetics niya sa mukha at siya mismo ang nag-aalis nito. Magpapalagay na lang daw uli siya pagdating nila sa Ocean Park sa may Quirino Grandstand, kung saan sila lumipat ng location after the Loyola Grand Villas set-up.

Angel Locsin, Super Selos kay KC Concepcion
 UMAYAW na si Angel Locsin na mag-comment tungkol sa naging reaksyon ni Roselle Monteverde, producer ng Regal Films, tungkol sa napipintong paggawa ng pelikula nila ni Piolo Pascual sa Star Cinema.
Parang sinabi nga ni Roselle na hintayin na lang nila na simulan ng Star Cinema ang pelikula nina Angel at Piolo, at doon na lang sila gagawa ng hakbang.
Parang may halong pagbabanta nga ang tono ni Roselle.
Anyway, kung natatandaan niyo, hindi lang ang GMA 7 ang umalma noon sa paglipat ni Angel sa ABS CBN 2, kundi pati na rin ang Regal Films.
Sinabi nga ng Regal na may kontrata pa sa kanila si Angel.
At ngayong nababalita na matutuloy na ang paggawa ng pelikula nina Angel at Piolo sa Star Cinema, umalmang muli ang Regal.

Sam Milby, Nawalan ng Sex Appeal?
 WHAT seems to be the matter with Sam Milby?
Dati rati, he was the para-digm of sex appeal and machismo.
But lately, nang mapanood namin siya sa ASAP last Sunday, para na siyang tikling ever at wala ng arrive ang kanyang personalidad.
Is he working too much? But if that’s the case, how come Piolo Pascual looks so robustly healthy with his newly-acquired tan and sun-kissed complexion?
In stark contrast, parang wala nang kabuhay-buhay ang hitsura ni Sam at para bang patang-pata na ang kanyang hitsura.
Also, his brand new tan doesn’t become him one iota.
Parang haggard na haggard ang kanyang hitsura and the sparkle on his eyes that once was his greatest asset is now gone.
May problema ba siya? Is he not happy with his career? Or is something wrong with his domestic existence?
Whatever is the reason, Sam should do something about his fast becoming anorexic body.

KC, Idederek ni Joyce Bernal
 PUMIRMA kahapon ng umaga ng three-picture contract si KC Concepcion sa Star Cinema. Ginanap ito sa 14th floor ng ELJ Building at present during the contract signing ang manager ni KC na sina Sandra Chavez at Shirley Kuan, ang presidente ng ABS-CBN na si Charo Santos at si Malu Santos ng Star Cinema.
Bahagi ng three-picture deal contract niya with Star Cinema ang maidirek ng tatlong direktor like Joyce Bernal, Chito Roño and Cathy Garcia-Molina.
Isang light romance ang unang pelikulang gagawin niya na magsisimula nang magsyuting sa third week ng May. May specualtions kung sino ang magiging leading man dito ni KC — si Richard Gutierrez daw — pero itinanggi niya ito. Secret daw muna ang tunay na identity ng kanyang first leading man.
Maging si Tita Malu ay ayaw ding i-reveal ang katauhan ng misteryosong leading man. May mga inaayos pa raw at magpa-patawag sila ng presscon para i-announce ito formally.
“I’m not allowed to reveal it pa, eh!” wika pa niya.
Ayon naman kay KC, publiko raw ang nagdikta kung sino ang magiging kapareha niya sa kanyang debut film. Si Tita Malu rin daw ang pumili nito para sa kanya.
Now that she’s with Star Cinema, masayang-masaya si KC dahil finally makakagawa na siya ng pelikula.
“Iba kasi pag movie ang ginawa mo, eh. ‘Yung audience mo, naka-stay lang at pinanonood ka for two hours. Unlike pag TV na may iba silang ginagawa at pag-aalis sila, papatayin nila ang TV.
“Ngayong magiging movie star na ako sa Star Cinema, I really feel like a star,” nakangiti pa niyang pahayag.
Naku, kelan kaya iri-reveal kung sino ang magiging kapartner ni KC sa movie na ididirek ni Joyce Bernal na incidentally ay nando’n din sa contract signing ni KC?
Sobrang nakaka-excite, huh! Sana ay gawin na kaagad ang formal announcement ito as soon as possible.

Marya, naimbiyerna…Roxanne, tsinugi sa ‘Florinda’?
Ipinagtanggol ng ABS-CBN si Roxanne Guinoo sa mga umiikot na tsismis na tinanggal na siya sa sineseryeng Florinda dahil umano sa attitude problem na ikinagalit ng Diamond Star na si Maricel Soriano.
Magkasama sina Marya at Roxanne sa Florinda na parte ng Susan Roces Cinema Collection at kamakailan nga ay napabalitang ipinatanggal daw ng una ang huli.
Ayon sa tsismis, hindi nagustuhan ni Marya ang pagiging unprofessional ni Roxanne.
Pero nang makausap naman namin si Ronald Padriga, isa sa production team ng business unit head na si Deo Endrinal who’s handling Florinda, aniya’y wala raw itong katotohanan.

At first glance, Ejay doesn’t look the typical promdi for he moves in a smooth and urbane manner. But as one gets to know him, the truth about his hometown begins to show, not that he tries to hide it. This shy lad from Oriental Mindoro speaks with straight and clear Tagalog, with a taint of Mindorenyo and a Visayan accent. Ejay grew up in the island of Pola where there is a scarcity of water and electricity, and watching TV Patrol and primetime teleseryes from the community TV, the only form of entertainment for the residents. Despite his timid ways acquired from his rural origins and strict Christian upbringing, Ejay is courageous and determined, ready to take on anything just to free his family from the poverty that ruined his parents’s marriage. He dreams big for his family that even if he is granted one wish, he’d not ask for fame but for his family to be together again.
